ELITES EDP is an individualized, confidential management and leadership development process which strengthens an executive's ability to lead and manage in fast-growth environments.  This comprehensive program includes extensive assessment of a client's current management style, and the creation of a personalized development program supported by long-term coaching. 

Our service utilizes an objective management style assessment system involving 360 Degree Coworker Feedback, Self Ratings, and Peak Performance Analysis.  This data is then used to create a benchmark comparison with HiTec Holdings's proprietary database of leadership data on over 2,500 executives and 550 CEOs.  Using this information, a ELITES consultant helps the client to identify the strengths of his/her management style, as well as areas for development, to form a clear and structured path towards achieving specific developmental goals.  The close, confidential, coach-client relationship ensures feedback and support to sustain development and growth over time.

We offer the Standard Executive development Program, a Senior Executive Development Program, and custom programs for groups or management teams. As external consultants, HiTec Holdings can deliver objective feedback which may be difficult to hear from individuals inside the organization.  The ELITES process helps managers understand the impact of their style on others, what is working for them and what is holding them back, and what it will take to make the next career step.  We provide the kind of mentoring and coaching that managers and executives need but often have not received.

The Executive Development Program includes 26-30 hours of personalized, confidential one-on-one sessions with your ELITES consultant.

    Feedback from coworkers on 52 management dimensions using our proprietary Coworker Rating form.

    Individualized assessment of skills and styles related to management and leadership using our proprietary technology and software.

    Comparison to our proprietary database of profiles on 2,500 executives, including 550 CEO's.

    Prioritization of the management skills most critical to success in your position.

    An Organizational Effectiveness Profile of your team's strengths and areas for development, objectively quantified in 31 domains of organizational effectiveness. 

    (Optional) An interview with your superior regarding your strengths and areas for development, followed by another interview part-way through the program to assess your progress.

    Identification of your unique pattern of peak performance (the conditions under which you operate at your best).

    Creation of a personalized development plan based on objective feedback.

    Training for an in-house coach to work with you for 6-12 months to support the achievement of your developmental objectives. (Client may opt instead to work with a  ELITES consultant as coach.)
